In corporate and commercial matters, he researches the applicable UAE laws, reviews contracts, company documents and correspondence, and prepares the research the firm’s lawyers rely on in business transactions and commercial disputes. In due diligence, he gathers and reviews information on companies, individuals and transactions, so clients can make informed decisions before they sign, invest or lend.

His UK legal education helps him explain UAE legal matters clearly to clients in the USA, the UK and Europe, and he works alongside the firm’s legal team to make sure every matter is built on accurate, up-to-date research.
