Ismail Saif is a Legal Assistant at BS Lawyers & Legal Consultants, supporting the firm’s lawyers on due diligence, banking disputes, commercial disputes and arbitration matters. He works closely with the legal team to prepare the documents, research and case files that each matter depends on.

On due diligence assignments, Ismail helps review company records, contracts and ownership documents so that potential risks are identified before clients invest or sign. In banking and commercial disputes, he assists with organising correspondence, payment records and contractual documents, and with preparing materials for negotiations, legal notices and arbitration.
