Afaq Nabi Butt is a Legal Associate at BS Lawyers & Legal Consultants in Dubai, working across the firm’s civil, criminal and real estate practice.

In civil and criminal matters, he reviews documents and evidence, prepares case files and written submissions, and helps clients understand where their case stands at each stage, from the first complaint or claim through to hearings and appeals. In real estate, he works on property disputes, tenancy issues and transactions, helping buyers, sellers, landlords and investors protect their interests under UAE law.

He works closely with the firm’s senior lawyers and keeps clients in the UAE and abroad, in the USA, the UK and Europe, updated in clear English throughout their matter.
